1. Who we are
This website operates under the Festivity Factory name. The company that conducts transactions and receives payment for Festivity Factory orders is Yuqi Import and Export Limited Company (“Festivity Factory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. What we offer
We offer existing products, product sourcing services, and custom product development. Product availability, specifications, quantities, pricing, sampling, production, and shipping arrangements can vary by product and project.
Information on this website helps you explore our products and services. Project-specific details are confirmed through our quotation, Proforma Invoice, and any other written terms agreed for that order.
3. Requests for quotations
Adding a product to the cart and submitting REQUEST QUOTE sends us an enquiry. It does not take payment and does not by itself confirm a paid order or final shipping price.
Please provide accurate contact, delivery, product, quantity, and—if relevant—forwarder information. We may contact you to clarify a request before confirming pricing or availability.
4. Quotes, Proforma Invoices, and order confirmation
After reviewing your request, we may provide a quotation or Proforma Invoice setting out the applicable products or services, quantities, prices, shipping charges, payment instructions, and other project-specific terms. Please review these details and tell us about any error before proceeding.
An order proceeds on the terms confirmed for that order. Where a project-specific written agreement or confirmed Proforma Invoice addresses a matter more specifically than these general Terms, the confirmed project or order terms apply to that matter, subject to applicable law.
5. Payment
Payment options depend on those provided on the applicable Proforma Invoice. Where offered, you may pay by international bank transfer or use PAY ONLINE to access Shopify’s secure checkout. Online payment methods are those actually available in the checkout.
If you pay by bank transfer, include the PI number in your payment reference so we can identify the transfer. A transfer is treated as received after we confirm its receipt. Production proceeds according to the payment and project terms confirmed for the order.
6. Sourcing, samples, and custom development
Minimum quantities, development scope, sample requirements, materials, specifications, production schedule, and charges depend on the product or project and will be confirmed before the order proceeds. Custom sample development usually takes approximately 7–10 days after the design brief and sample requirements have been confirmed, but actual timing depends on the project.
Please review and approve any specifications, references, samples, or other project details that we ask you to confirm. If you request a change after work has begun, we will explain whether it is possible and whether it affects cost or timing before proceeding with that change.
7. Shipping and import charges
All four cart shipping choices—Express — FedEx / DHL, Postal / Economy Parcel, FOB Sea Freight, and Own Forwarder / Shipping Account—begin with REQUEST QUOTE. If you choose your own forwarder, provide the relevant details for review. The final arrangement, shipping charge, and estimated timing are confirmed for the order.
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges, if applicable, are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

8. Changes, cancellation, returns, and refunds
Contact hello@festivityfactory.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. What can be changed or refunded depends on the product or project, conditions confirmed before the order, work already completed, costs already incurred, and applicable law. Sourcing, samples, customized goods, and orders already in production do not all have the same cancellation or refund conditions.
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving goods to report an issue present on arrival, an incorrect item, or a return request. This is not a promise of an unconditional return. Goods with an arrival-related quality issue or an incorrect item will be assessed under our Return & Refund Policy. Damage caused by use, wearing, washing, storage, alteration, or other handling after arrival is not treated as an arrival-related quality issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Customer accounts and order information
MY ORDERS provides access through Shopify Customer Account to orders associated with your account. An order detail page may show the current Order Status, an available Proforma Invoice document, and tracking information after shipment. A particular document or tracking link is shown when the relevant data is available for that order.
10. Questions or disputes
For a question about an order, charge, shipment, or these Terms, contact hello@festivityfactory.com with the relevant order or PI number so we can review the matter with you.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and transactions governed by them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), subject to any mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or a transaction governed by them cannot be resolved through discussion, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the PRC, subject to applicable rules on jurisdiction and any mandatory forum rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For a separately negotiated B2B project—including custom production, sourcing, or a bulk order—if the parties expressly agree to a different dispute-resolution procedure in the applicable Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, or another written agreement, that specific written agreement shall govern dispute resolution for that project, subject to applicable law.
